About Spriggan Hill Studios

Hello! I am Jess Gottier,  artist and owner of Spriggan Hill Studios in Sturbridge, MA.  Since I was very young I have always known I wanted to be an artist.  After completing an Art and Education Degree at Bridgewater State University and years of teaching Preschoolers, I have now come back to my passion of creating.  My art is New England and nature inspired, often by things I have seen around me while hiking, kayaking, and exploring the world.  I also use materials I find on my travels or in my own backyard in my artwork when possible. I have recently become more serious about sewing. It is often like figuring out a puzzle and I always enjoy seeing the end result.
